Yes, I do spend hours every week sitting on the floor facing a wall. I'm in the Soto Zen lineage; I may not be able to debate all of Dogen with you but I will enjoy talking about what Right Speech is aiming the practice towards. My personal practice has been leaning in the serious side since 2018.
